Attic Conversions

A number of steps are taken to identify to viability of your attic conversion including measurement of the allocated space and what the space can be used for. Once agreed with the client our team can begin the process of converting your attic to a usable space. We often begin the process of using steel beams called RJ45’s that support the structure of the new space, the sub floor and making sure everything is up to code.

Attic Conversions are one of the most viable solutions to expanding your home or living areas. In most cases the attic can be used for storage or possibly not used at all. As Goucher Roofing specialising in roofing and construction, we have converted many attics from unused space to living areas, extra bedrooms or offices.

His team and himself just saved our Christmas following a major flood in our extension following some bad previous workmanship from another roofer, and despite the fact he was under so much pressure at this time of year he has completed the job on time.
